I created the background in photoshop editor then printed onto photo card.
Image coloured with copics and lots of glitter.

Finished with silver prismacolour pencil, glitter gel, stardust stickles and silver glitter paint.
Black glitter card flowers with gems, silver bow and black funky fibres.
